I feel disgusting! I just did 65min of cardio and then sit-ups..and i feel swollen, bloated..and i've had about 600 cal all day.. WTF just another day in my life...
so i'm up 10lbs since last year..and i need to put an end to this late night binging!! the holidays are getting closer and so is more food! the more i give in the more i feel like i'm getting better...I DON'T WANT TO BE BETTER...i just wanna be skinny :(
